VEGAN BAKED FETA PASTA INGREDIENTS
You will need just a few ingredients: vegan feta cheese, tomatoes, garlic, dried oregano, extra virgin olive oil, pasta, salt, and pepper.
You can use a gluten free pasta if you prefer.
DAIRY-FREE BAKED FETA PASTA
First, you’ll need to make the vegan feta cheese.
Don’t worry, it’s super easy to make yourself with a block of tofu and some seasonings.
HOW TO MAKE VEGAN TIKTOK PASTA
When you’ve got your vegan feta ready, just cook your pasta as directed.
Then the fun part is baking all the sauce ingredients and putting it all together to create your mouthwatering dish.
As it bakes, the aroma from the roasted tomatoes and garlic will fill your home and make an amazing sauce base.
Don’t forget to squeeze out the roasted garlic from its paper skin before mixing together your sauce.
Vegan Baked Feta Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 vegan feta cheese
- 16 oz cherry tomatoes
- 8 cloves garlic
- 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 8 oz pasta
- salt
- pepper
Instructions

Make the vegan feta cheese recipe.

Cook pasta according to your package.

Preheat oven to 400F.

Place vegan feta cubes in center of oven proof pan.

Spread tomatoes around the vegan feta.

Add the unpeeled garlic cloves.

Drizzle on the extra virgin olive oil.

Add the oregano.
-
Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until the tomatoes are roasted to liking.

Squeeze the roasted garlic out of the skins and discard the skin.

Using a fork, make the sauce by smashing all the pan ingredients together.

Stir in cooked pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
MORE PASTA OPTIONS
- Use an immersion blender to puree your sauce into a smooth pasta topping.
- Use a bigger tomato variety, such as Roma tomatoes, if you prefer to remove the tomato skins.
- Use sliced mushrooms instead of tomatoes.
- Add red bell peppers.
- Stir in some spinach when adding the pasta.
- Use the sauce on zucchini noodles aka zoodles.
- Use the sauce on spaghetti squash.
- Try some different spices.
