
Make the vegan feta cheese recipe.
Cook pasta according to your package.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Place vegan feta cubes in center of oven proof pan.
Spread tomatoes around the vegan feta.
Add the unpeeled garlic cloves.
Drizzle on the extra virgin olive oil.
Add the oregano.
Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until the tomatoes are roasted to liking.
Squeeze the roasted garlic out of the skins and discard the skin.
Using a fork, make the sauce by smashing all the pan ingredients together.
Stir in cooked pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
