DOES VEGAN FETA MELT?

No, this tofu version will not melt, but you can mash it with a fork to mix in to other foods.

HOW TO MAKE VEGAN FETA

The most important step is to press the tofu to get as much of the soaking liquid out as possible. This allows room for the flavors from the marinade to sink in.

You can either use a tofu press or try this easy DIY tofu press method.

After pressing the block of tofu, cut it into cubes, ready to sit in the marinade.

Mix up the ingredients for the marinade and add the tofu.
