EVERYDAY BREAD – RUSTIC SOURDOUGH BREAD

This 1.5 pound (25 oz.) all-purpose bread is great for morning toast as well as making sandwiches. It’s pre-sliced, soft, and has a light sourdough taste. It tastes best freshly toasted. The bread keeps well in the fridge if you’re using it within a few days. Otherwise, store it for longer in a plastic freezer bag in the freezer. When you’re ready to eat it, just pop it in the toaster oven.

Also, note that there’s no added yeast in this loaf of Rustic Sourdough.

Ingredients: organic unbleached wheat flour, organic sourdough culture, organic apple cider vinegar, water, sea salt.

SOURDOUGH TORTILLAS

8-inch flour tortillas are versatile and can be made into many different meals. For example: cheese filled quesadillas, meat and veggie filled wraps, burritos, avocado tortillas, street tacos, DIY pizzas, baked crisp and cut into tortilla chips, rolled up taquitos, omelette tortillas, and more.

BANANA BREAD #BANANABREAD

Banana bread is a classic and always popular for breakfast in my home. It’s moist, full of flavor, and so good! I popped it in my toaster oven for a few minutes to make the whole house smell amazing. Anytime you can get your hands on freshly baked #bananabread is a good thing! No dairy, eggs, or nuts!

Ingredients: organic unbleached wheat flour w/bran, water, organic bananas, organic coconut oil, organic evaporated cane juice, organic flaxmeal, organic apple cider vinegar, baking soda, organic vanilla, sea salt.

APPLE MUFFIN

The apple muffin is my favorite and my daughter’s second favorite sweet cake. Topped with a sweet crunch crumble and filled with chunks of real apples, it’s like heaven in a muffin liner!

CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN

Of all the sweet treats we tried, the chocolate chip muffin is my daughter’s absolute favorite. It’s topped with chocolate chips in the center and is so rich, moist, and chocolaty. It doesn’t get better than this!

Ingredients: organic flour blend, organic unbleached wheat flour w/bran, water, organic coconut oil, organic evaporated cane juice, organic cocoa powder, organic chocolate chips, organic apple cider vinegar, baking soda, organic vanilla, sea salt.

ZUCCHINI MUFFIN

This healthful muffin is delicious and good for you. Get your greens first thing in the morning without feeling like you’re eating a vegetable at all.

Ingredients: organic unbleached wheat flour w/bran, water, organic zucchini, organic coconut oil, organic evaporated cane juice, organic flaxmeal, organic apple cider vinegar, organic spices, baking powder, baking soda, organic vanilla, sea salt.

VEGAN COOKIES

Chocolate Chip Cookies – A box of 9 cookies that taste just how a chocolate chip cookie should taste! Soft and full of chocolate chips. We love that these chocolate chip cookies are dairy-free and egg-free! It’s just too bad that these disappeared in almost a blink of an eye! I’d suggest getting 2 boxes of these vegan chocolate chip cookies if you’re smart, otherwise you’ll be kicking yourself later.

Ingredients: organic unbleached wheat flour, organic dairy free butter (made in house), organic (dairy & soy free) chocolate chips, organic evaporated cane juice, organic brown sugar, organic flaxmeal, water, baking soda, sea salt.

NUT-FREE GRANOLA

Heavenly Cookie Crunch Granola – 16 oz of crunchy goodness makes a great topping for a yogurt parfait, as a cereal with your milk of choice, combined with banana chips or any dried fruit to make a trail mix snack, or just by the handful! It’s crunchy, not too sweet, and tastes like cookies. Can’t ask for more.

Granola from a peanut and tree nut free facility is a difficult thing to find so this is an awesome find for those with nut allergies.

Note that the chocolate chips are melted in to the granola, so you won’t visibly see them.
