NUT-FREE FLOUR
Having access to nut-free flour or allergy-friendly flour is essential when there’s a food allergy in your family.
You want to know that there’s no risk of cross-contamination with any potential allergens.
Recreating everyday items in an allergen-friendly way becomes second nature, but you need to have some basic safe essential ingredients handy.
But first, make sure to join our awesome (No Nuts Please) Facebook page here!

NUT-FREE FLOUR
If wheat agrees with you, I recommend King Arthur all-purpose flour packaged in a paper bag, as they are milled in dedicated wheat-only facilities. If you are allergic, double-check on King Arthur’s website as manufacturing practices may change.
