ORGANIC BREAD OF HEAVEN ALLERGY STATEMENT

Organic Bread of Heaven only uses wholesome organic ingredients in everything they create. They are a Top 8 Allergen Free Bakery and make everything fresh and from scratch in their facility. OBOH products do contain wheat and coconut.

Specifically, Organic Bread of Heaven’s items are free of peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, milk (dairy), eggs, soy, fish, and shellfish.

They’re also free of bromate. Accordingly, the facility is free of all these allergens as well. If you are allergic to coconuts, beware, as they do use coconut in their products.

They are not a gluten-free bakery as their products contain wheat.

Wheat. Our products are made with coconut oil also.

Q. Are your products made in a dedicated facility?

Yes, not only is our facility dedicated, but our family is dedicated to making sure there is no chance of cross-contamination with allergens. We know how important it is to keep allergy families safe!

Q. What special procedures ensure there is no cross-contamination within the facility?

All ingredients are checked and triple-checked before purchase. We get an allergen statement for every ingredient to be sure there is no cross contamination with the facilities our ingredients come from. Our family and employees do not eat ANY of the allergens we are free of on the days of baking whatsoever, to be sure there will not be any trace of them. They have all signed agreements for this as well.

Our Real Food Protein Bars and our Heavenly Cookie Crunch Granola are both gluten and wheat free, but they are made in a facility with wheat/gluten. Our other products contain wheat/gluten.

Yes, we maintain a Vegan Certification with all of our products. This is strictly for the allergy community so you and your family can feel safe eating our products!

We go above Organic as we will not use any Organic approved preservatives or “Natural Flavors” These can be very dangerous to the allergy community as well as they do not have to be disclosed on the label.
