Cinnamon Roll Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 tube Cinnamon Rolls refridgerated
  • 2 eggs
  • Cup milk alternative
  • 1 apple sliced and cubed (optional)

Instructions

  1. Open the tube of cinnamon rules and separate out each roll.

  2. Cut each roll into quarters.

  3. Beat 2 eggs.

  4. Add into a 7x11 baking dish, add cinnamon roll wedges, beaten eggs, and apple pieces.

  5. Stir to combine.

  6. Let sit for 30 minutes so the dough can absorb the eggs.

  7. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.

  8. Let cool.

  9. Drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll tube onto the casserole.
