Wowbutter cookies are egg-free, nut-free and incredibly delicious. Easy to make and perfect for anyone with egg, peanut or tree nut allergies. Great for snack or dessert and protein-rich, you'll wonder why you haven't made it sooner!
Mix all ingredients together.
Roll dough into 1 inch balls and flatten to 1/2 inch height.
Place 1 inch apart on parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes at 350F. Remove from oven and leave the cookies on the tray for 15 minutes. They will firm up as they cool.
Makes 18 cookies.
After you shape the individual balls and flatten them, you can freeze them to bake at a later time.
Just lay them out on a pan without touching and place in freezer. After they're frozen, place them in a Ziploc bag and keep it in the freezer.
When you're ready for more fresh Wowbutter cookies, take out a few and let it come to room temperature, about 15 minutes, before baking as usual.
