Strawberry Ice Cream (Dairy free, Egg free)

A healthy ice cream full of strawberries and coconut milk. DAIRY FREE, EGG FREE.

  • 1 ½ Cups strawberries
  • 1 can coconut milk full fat from a can, 1 ¾ Cups
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup optional


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor.

  2. Pour mixture into a freezer safe container (big and shallow is best).

  3. Freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring every every 1/2 hour with a fork.

  4. Keep in a covered container in freezer.

  5. Thaw for 15 minutes before eating.

Recipe Notes

  1. Maple syrup is optional, you can add any amount depending how sweet you like it.
