S'mores (dairy-free, nut-free)

DAIRY-FREE, NUT-FREE. An easy way to make s'mores anytime of the year using your microwave or toaster oven

  • 2 graham crackers
  • 18 chocolate chips
  • 2 marshmallows, large


  1. Break the graham crackers in half and place on microwave safe plate (if microwaving) or baking pan (if baking).

  2. Place 9 chocolate chips on 2 of the graham cracker halves.

  3. Place a marshmallow on the remaining graham cracker halves.

  4. Microwave for 13 seconds or bake at 350°F for 4 minutes in the toaster oven.

  5. Sandwich together a marshmallow graham cracker with a chocolate chip graham cracker.

  6. Sandwich together the 2 remaining pieces.

  7. Makes 2 s'mores.

Recipe Notes

  1. Tear apart the marshmallow before cooking so it heats more evenly.
  2. You can break off pieces from a chocolate bar instead of using chocolate chips.
